Located on a prominent corner in Park Slope, this is Miolin Bakery’s first brick-and-mortar location. The design reflects the brand’s color palette and character: refined and well-crafted, elevated and inviting. We approached the space with the same attention to detail, artistry, and beauty that has made their croissants renowned. The goal was to create a highly functional bakery that feels considered and thoughtfully composed.
This project was especially meaningful for us, as it was for dear friends.

The main defining feature is the Rosso Levanto marble and dark wood–clad counter that curves gracefully through the space.
Behind it, a maroon-paneled wall punctuated by a small window frames the bakers at work, offering a glimpse into the dough-making process.
The kitchen is divided into two zones: the dough room and the baking area housing the ovens. The dough room is separate from the main kitchen to stay unaffected by the high heat of the ovens, ensuring the precise conditions needed for perfect bread and croissants.
Above the counter hang our studio-designed light fixtures, The Bundle Pendant.
The result is a space as thoughtfully crafted and inviting as the pastries it produces.
