We accept payment by credit card, PayPal, check, ACH or bank wire. A convenience fee of 3% will be charge for credit card or PayPal transaction. Sales exceeding USD $10,000 can be paid with a 50% deposit at time of order, with the remainder to be paid prior to shipment. Delivery cannot be scheduled without full payment cleared. Lead times are estimates and production of an order begins only with the receipt of a full payment or 50% deposit for orders over USD $10,000. Orders will ship when the invoice is paid in full.
We welcome the opportunity to quote custom projects. Please submit drawings or contact us to discuss your requirements. We unfortunately do not accept cancellations, order changes, or returns once an order has been confirmed. Customization to our 2x4 Pendant Collection and Chord Collection can be done for a 25% fee.
All shipments will be made via carrier of our choice, unless instructed in writing to use a specific carrier. All shipments are FOB Origin, Brooklyn, NY. Special handling requests are subject to extra charge. International customers are responsible for any customs/duties fees incurred during the transit of their ordered items.
All products should be cared for with instructions applicable to that product. Failure to do so may void product warranty.
The images, designs, products and trademarks shown on alexallenstudio.com and those that belong to AlexAllen Studio LLC are original to, and valuable assets of AlexAllen Studio LLC. We protect and defend our copyrighted and trademarked works, including, but not limited to, drawings, blueprints, photographs, text, website, marketing materials, packaging, products and designs. Unauthorized use of our copyrighted and trademarked materials is strictly prohibited.

We accept returns for the ‘2x4 Pendant’ only. All other pieces are hand-made to order and we unfortunately do not accept cancellations, order changes, or returns once an order has been confirmed. Returns for ‘2x4 Pendants’ will be accepted within 14 days for credit in the amount paid for the Product (not including delivery fees), less a 25% restocking fee. Returns for ‘2x4 Pendants’ must be preauthorized by calling (917) 909-0405 or emailing us at info@alexallenstudio.com. Items must be in original unused condition, accompanied by original receipt and in original packaging. Please be certain to return your purchase well packed, insured for the full amount and sent at the customer's expense to 302 3rd Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11215.
Orders may be rushed for a 25% fee and are approved on a case by case basis. All rush orders must be paid in full at time of order placement. No cancellations can be accepted on rush orders.

All items are carefully inspected and packaged prior to shipment. Please examine your order upon arrival for any damage. If items have arrived damaged, a replacement will be sent only if the damage is reported within 10 calendar days, the original packaging is kept for inspection by the carrier, and photos are provided of the damage. Please call (917) 909-0405 or email info@alexallenstudio.com within 10 calendar days to make a claim. There are no returns accepted on sale, clearance or discontinued products or custom orders. These items are considered final sale and customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred.
AlexAllen Studio LLC warrants that AlexAllen Studio LLC designs shall be free from defects in workmanship or materials under normal use and service for five (5) years after date of purchase. This warranty excludes drivers, which are covered by their manufacturers’ own warranties, and AlexAllen Studio LLC makes no warranty with respect to, or accepts any responsibility related to, those components. AlexAllen Studio LLC will warrant products purchased only by the original purchaser from an authorized reseller or distributor. AlexAllen Studio LLC reserves the right, to inspect the damaged product before having any obligation under this limited warranty. All costs of shipping for inspection shall be borne solely by the purchaser. All claims must be made by purchaser within 10 days of occurrence date. AlexAllen Studio LLC, at its discretion, shall repair or replace the defective unit covered by this warranty. In order to keep this limited warranty in effect, the product must have been handled and used as prescribed. This limited warranty does not cover any damage due to improper installation, accident, misuse, abuse or negligence.
