All assembly and shipping occurs within our Brooklyn studio.
Our LEDs can last up to 60,000 hours or equivalent to 20 years. All of our fixtures are built to allow for the exchange of LED’s with relative ease assuming a base knowledge of electrical wiring. Though it is unlikely you will need them, we are happy to offer factory replacements.
We are required to charge sales tax on the merchandise & shipping total for items shipped to New York State addresses unless a valid resale certificate is presented at time of order. Sales tax will not be charged on orders shipping to non New York State addresses.
LED color temperatures are measured in Kelvins. Higher numbers indicate a cooler, more blue color ouput, whereas lower numbers indicate a warmer, more gold/yellow output. 2700K-3000K is generally the most typical range, 2700K being slightly warmer than 3000K. For reference, daylight is 6000K, and a flame is 2000K. Please be sure you are aware of the other lighting temps in your space as it is often desireable for all fixtures to be in the same range.

We welcome the opportunity to quote custom projects. Please submit drawings or contact us to discuss your requirements. Please be aware that any modifications to a standard design may incur additional fees and an extended lead time.
For dusting and light cleaning of hard surfaces use a soft, damp cloth. Gently wipe the surface then immediately use a dry cloth to wipe the surface again. Do not use abrasive or acidic household cleaning products. For the best maintenance of the product, protect it against sunlight and heat, and try to keep it away from moisture, grease and dirt.
