This apartment is located in a historic Art Deco building in Tribeca. The plan was reconfigured to allow for separate child and adult zones, a small private office, an expansive primary closet, and additional storage to accommodate a family of four. Contemporary art, furniture, and details are juxtaposed with the Art Deco bones of the building.
