This apartment is located in a historic Art Deco building in Tribeca. The plan was reconfigured to allow for separate kid and adult zones, a small private office, an expansive master closet, and additional storage to accomodate a family of four. Contemporary art, furniture and details juxtaposes with the art deco bones of the building.
